  • what type of lenses do you use? All sunglasses ship out with polarized lenses. They provide 100% protection from UVA/UVB rays. The lenses have an anti-scratch coating and an anti-reflective coating. All lenses are CE and FDA certified. You are going to be impressed with the quality. Rx lenses are limited to single vision.
  • how do I take care of my sunglasses? All of our sunglasses go through a multiple step finishing process the last of which is waxing. If they start to lose their luster, grab some beeswax and carefully apply.  Clean the lenses with the supplied microfiber cloth. When not on your face, keep in a safe place.
  • will you ship to my country? Probably! Please email us at to confirm.
  • what is your return policy? Parkman has a no questions asked, 30 day return policy for products in unused and original condition.  The 30 day period starts from the original shipment date. Proof of purchase along with the original packaging and authorized return form must be included.  Please note that custom products cannot be returned.  Shipping charges are not refunded. Parkman is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments so please make sure to insure the package properly and use a traceable shipping courier.  Before you send us the package, send us an email to to receive an authorized form.

  • what is the status of my order? All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You should have received a confirmation email immediately after you placed your order.   • what is your warranty policy? Our acetate sunglasses are backed by a lifetime warranty, all other Parkman products come with a 1 year (365 day) warranty.  The warranty is limited to defects in material and manufacturing.  Parkman holds the right to determine if the product meets this policy.  All warranty claims require a proof of purchase.  Email to set up a warranty claim.
